This is the first, and probably not the last time, I've painted a cake (with food colouring I will add). The bac-cake is actually a fudgy chocolate sponge, with a chocolate ganache to glue it all together. I never actually tried the cake myself, however I had enough of the ganache I don't think i needed to!

Sorry I couldn't make you a cake, so I got you a pizza instead...Well not really. It's a cake. In a pizza box.

Making a pizza pie, as in a fruit pie that looked like a pizza seemed far to hard, so instead I settled with cake. The dough was a chocolate cake, the tomato sauce was red coloured butter cream and the crust was toffee flavoured icing. It's truly amazing what you can do with chocolate buttons, foam shrimp, red rope liquorice and grated white chocolate!
