As we suspect Amanda is allergic to white bread I decided to make the homage to sandwiches. It's actually an Earl Grey flavoured cake, that I've been told is delicious.
Disappointed about the cracks in the sponge but the lettuce and tomato I love!
And I was right, that wasn't the last time I used that icing!
